Who we are

This policy applies to Familija Serbian Restaurant, a Serbian grill restaurant on Triq Il-Ħgejjeg in Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay, Malta.

What data we collect

The main site is a static informational page. It does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not include contact forms that collect personal data. No personal information is gathered simply by browsing.

Table reservations made via our online booking page are processed to hold your table. We collect the name, email, party size, date and time needed for your reservation. That data is stored securely for operational purposes only. After your visit, contact details on completed bookings are anonymised; we keep the date, time, party size and confirmation reference for operational records.

Third-party links

The site links out to Google Maps (directions), Bolt Food (delivery), and Facebook. When you follow those links you leave this site, and the privacy policies of those providers apply.

Cookies

The main site does not set tracking cookies. The booking app may use a session cookie to protect forms and staff access; that cookie is functional, not used for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification and erasure regarding personal data. For booking data, contact the restaurant using the details on your booking confirmation. You may contact the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta for any data-protection concerns.
